Here's how it once was: When all I wanted to see was a blurry world, I took off my eyeglasses.
Here's how it is now: I put on my eyeglasses.
That's all I got today. For more photo collages by some cool bloggers, check out Mosaic Monday.

Nothing is nice that some bright colour in your garden even if it is from a croc
ReplyDeleteThere are a few other brightly colored shoes in the garden, sans the feet.
DeleteOh dear, Su-sieemac! Getting old is not for the faint of heart! Thanks for a shot of humor at Mosaic Monday today!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Angie. :-)
DeleteClever. I can see without my glasses but I cannot read unless the print is large.
ReplyDeleteUntil last year, I've been nearsighted. It's strange to now be farsighted.
DeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteThere are days, getting old is not fun. Your images are colorful and fun! Take care, enjoy your day!
Thanks, Eileen! :-)
DeleteI love bright colors! This is something to think about! Enjoy your day!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Diane!
Delete...thanks to my cataract surgery I can see quite well, but without readers I'm sunk!
ReplyDeleteThank goodness for readers!
Deletegood eyeglasses are good to have. :) I have seen that kind of shoes in Sweden too. :)
ReplyDeleteCheers, NatureFootstep!
DeleteTime to change the prescription? I've had some adjustments in that way as well.
ReplyDeleteOne of these days, being farsighted will be old hat for me.
DeleteHaha... since my cataract surgery I wear only reading glasses (drugstore, non prescription) ... but if I stand up to do something while wearing them, the world does go a bit fuzzy. A blurry world would be OK these days, except that walking while blurry can be hazardous at my age ;)).
ReplyDeleteMe, too, Sallie. I gave in and got prescription readers because of the difference between the left and right.
DeleteIt does feel lind of upside down these pandemic days
ReplyDeleteStay safe Susi eee
Thanks for droppong by my blog
Much💜love
Cheers, Gillena!
DeleteA funny idea. And yellow is very fine in the garden.
ReplyDeleteHappy MosaicMonday
I wrote a poem about that once - the difference in vision with glasses on and glasses off - and entered it into a contest. The judge gave me what-for because it "tricked" her and I was a "better poet than that." I guess that was a backhanded compliment.
ReplyDeleteI got a similar backhanded compliment from a writing instructor decades ago. They're just jealous, lol.
DeleteThe world today is fuzzy with or without glasses. Hope you are well.
ReplyDeleteDawn aka Spatulas On Parade
Life is good, Dawn, thank you. :-)
DeleteYellow shoe goes here, yellow shoe goes there, yellow shoe goes everywhere! :)
ReplyDeleteLove your poem, Widders. :-)
