There. Thirteen things I can say whenever I get riled up about that guy who thought he could buy Greenland.
It's time for some ABC Wednesday and Thursday 13. Come check out these weekly memes with me.
That was fun! Does cricket come after Geeminy? That's the only one I didn't recognize.
ReplyDeleteYou got it, Colleen. Geeminy is a form of Jimminy Cricket. Or, is it the other way around?
Deletefun
ReplyDeletecool!
Deleteyou're nicer than I am.... I sound more like a Sailor! Leeanna
ReplyDeleteI sound like a sailor, too, hence the search for G-rated words.
DeleteMy descriptors tend to be a little more . . . flavoursome! :)
ReplyDeleteThe flavoursome ones pop out in private, mostly. lol
DeleteJee wiz
ReplyDeleteFollow the yellow brick road. somes to mind.
Delete"Good gravy" and "by gum" were new to me, but this is still very nice:):) Love your cacti wheelbarrow (hope that's the spelling!)
ReplyDeleteThose two are from earlier decades. I think in The Music Man, teenagers said "Good gravy!" I don't know anymore whether it's cacti or cactuses, or if both are acceptable. So, I say succulents. :-)
Delete;-) Treating things with humor can lighten up life
ReplyDeleteHave a heartwarming en splendid ABC-Wednes-day / -week

I'd be horrified a lot without humor.
DeleteThe head of Greenland sarcastically offered to buy the US. I wish they would.
ReplyDeleteIt's a wonder the gee whiz kid didn't take that as a slight and declare war. Thank goodness only Congress can do that.
DeleteWow, you're keeping it PG. Every time I see the orange menace on TV (I think my second fave title is Hair Furor) the words out of my mouth start with "F".
ReplyDeleteHair Furor, that's funny!
DeleteI've heard that before, in my younger years. The speakers must've come from Vermont. :-)
ReplyDeleteWish I could keep my comments that calm. - Margy
