Saturday.

I was about to write that I'm late today with my post, but then I thought, that's not true. Yes, I am doing a personal challenge of posting everyday until sometime in October. No, I don't have a given time to post my daily blah-blah-blah. Well, there is 11:59 p.m. Yes, there is that.

This morning I thought this is a contender for the Husband's and my motto: We are old. We are retired. So what if we're a little late.

Giggle.

  1. Ha, it's hard to say that to someone older and more tired though isn't it (that's called a lead in I think).

    1. Whoops. I meant "retired". And, so it is corrected. Now the person older than me will agree. ;-)

    1. You knew I'd go check it out, Adam. :-) Vetus sumus. Nos memorantes rettulere corpus. Quae si ita sunt, ut paulo nuper. I had no idea Latin and Italian had similar cadence.

    1. There's an advantage to being late. How many heroes were saved because a slacker got to the party late and saw the hero shackled by the bad guy? We can at least call for help, if the slackers are us. :-)

  5. Getting it in under the wire counts. Of course, you could write a bunch of posts and set them to post daily. Of course, what's the fun in that?

    1. There's something to be said about writing a bunch and scheduling them. I've done it in the past. Something worth aiming to do again.
