Just Saying

These books were new at the library last month. The one by the rich girl was prominently displayed, while Ms Arce's was shelved beneath it.   I could not resist pulling hers out and placing it next to the other with the tagline  "Rewrting the Rules for Success."

Isn't it interesting whose name was printed huuuuugely on her book?  Meow.

"That's not me mewing," says Molly the Cat.

  1. I always wonder how a man like Trump was able to produce such a beauty ! Must have been the mother .... (or the mailman)

  2. She seems as devoid of feeling as her dad. Too bad.

  6. Good for you to bring the lady’s book on the left up beside Ivanka’s. You know, as if she should write a book like this when everything was handed to her. I’m not saying she did have to work for it but she was given a much better position to start with than many others

    1. Now if she qualified her title as Rich Women Who Work maybe I'd give her a semblance of regard.

  7. Guess which one will probably end up on the NY Times Best Seller List? Sad but true.

    1. I got curious. Arce's book made the Washington Post's best seller list in September. Ivanka's book started off at #4 in its Misc. category, which is to be expected. Curiosity and who knows how many books she and her daddy bought. What I couldn't find is how long she stayed on the list.

  8. I have no interest in Trump. He was not my cup of tea, but now I feel like those who adore him and those who cannot stand him spend all day giving him what he wants: attention. I would rather read the Julissa Arce book.

    1. At least those of us who can't stand him give him attention that ticks him off. The more unraveled he becomes, the sooner his cabinet will invoke Amendment 25.
