What a zool cinderella dress, don't you think?
Sometimes I see a Cinderella dress in this dressmaker's shop in town that I wonder what a petite, zaftig "young" old fogey woman like myself would look like wearing it. Giggle.
I'm hooking up with ABC Wednesday, the fun weekly meme began by Mrs. Denise Nesbitt and now hosted by Roger Green and the ABCW team. Check out the meme here.
like frosting . . .
ReplyDeleteIt does look like frosting! Now I want a slice of cake.
Deletealthough I am not that short, I think my weight is far to high to look nice in a dress like this ...this is for the very thin ladies I think

I'm short and stocky so I think this dress would overwhelm me. Still, I would love to see how I look. I ought to find some courage to walk in there and see if they may have my size to try on.
DeleteZazzling! Great post for Z ~
ReplyDeleteHappy Week to You ~ ^_^
Thanks, Carol!
DeleteHoly bridesmaid dress Batman! That is quite the dress..how would one sit in that dress and, more importantly, how would one go to the washroom?
ReplyDeleteVery carefully ... on both counts. :)

DeleteIt's a dress for a fairy tale. Difficult to walk, sit and keep clean.
ReplyDeleteThanks for showing.
Wil
I often wonder where women around here wear these dresses. I also wonder if you need to wear a hoop under it to keep it billowy.
DeleteThanks for the tranlation. It is : I see the sun in the sea sinking.
ReplyDeleteWil
Yes, that makes more sense than my "...in the sinking sea." :-)

Back in the 1980s, there was a woman's store named Zaftig in San Francisco. I loved that store.
