In my mind, I'm five years old having a high old time wandering and wondering. In reality, I'm now in my late 60s, wowza! I tell you a lot of creativity is still to be found in this old young self. In you, too, whatever your age. Welcome to my barefoot world!

It's Good to Be Outside
It's the Weekend in Black and White, hosted by the lovely Dragonstar. Come along with me to check out B&W photos by participants from around the world.
Sometimes I feel like I've entered another dimension when I look at B&W photos. Both the Husband and I looked at this photo and weren't sure where we were.
I know what you mean. I was a teenager when the parents got a colored TV. It was weird to see things in color, even though I was seeing color every day.
I love the black and white landscapes.

DeleteLately I've thought it fine to look at a photo in color - then in sepia and/or black and white . . .
ReplyDeleteIt's a treat for the mind, kinda . . .

ReplyDeleteThanks, Laura. If I can't be outdoors then I want the windows wide open.
DeleteThe solid dark cap creates a great contrast for the sublter shades of the countryside. Lovely photo.
