Other-worldly creatures, waiting to pounce. :)ReplyDelete
Now you've got me singing that, my sister was in that play, I'll guess, "Annie Get Your Gun"? Cool thistles, very creative lighting, but now you've got me worried about the dog.ReplyDelete
Yup, It's from "Annie Get Your Gun". The Husband looked it up earlier today because he's been singing that line a lot the past few days. We guessed the era correctly, 1960s, but wondered if it was a musical or a rock piece.Delete
One thing about a Catholic high school, you come out knowing your classic Broadway musicals.Delete
Your photo is awesome.! Shows the beauty in dry little things.ReplyDelete
"Do not blame the thistle that you see no beauty."

Thanks, Mascha! Love that quote.Delete
Lovely photo of your Thistles dried from the hot summer sun. Love the quote; how good life is if we have the sun shining on us through the day and the moon beaming on us at night.ReplyDelete
It's a song Berlin wrote for the musical Annie Get Your Gun. :-)Delete
