DeleteI have such a soft spot for the crows and ravens. We chat with one another every morning and they never, ever dive-bomb me at nesting time. It may have something to do with the bit of food I bring for them when I walk in the morning.

ReplyDeleteMy parents had a persimmon tree when I was a kid. I wouldn't eat the fruit because they looked shiny and orange. It wasn't until I was way into my 40s that persimmons became one of my favorite fruits.

ReplyDeleteI agree. The crows and all the other other birds flitting around back there. My only wish is that they would let us have the persimmons on the bottom branches within our reach.
