Tilda-Hilda wanted to pose in front of something different this morning, especially since we were going further out. Not orchards. Not barns. Not signs.
Cornfields!
Our ride today was relatively flat, which meant we pedaled a bit more in about the usual time. Over 12 miles in 64 minutes. Whooo-hooo!
Until the next time.

Wonderful picture, I like those cornfields !!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Leovi. And, best thing, they are organic.
DeleteLove the picture-feels so free and alive in nature
ReplyDeleteThanks, Birgit. You have me realizing again how fortunate we are to live in a place where rural still rules.
DeleteTWELVE MILES!!! Color me Impressed.
ReplyDeleteOkay. How about true blue? That's one of my favorite color pencil at the moment. :-)
DeleteGreat photo and great accomplishment. I hope someday soon to quit work and be able to join you!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming by. Have a great week.
Thanks, Grantham. I'm fortunate in being self-employed. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to go out at such an hour.
DeleteSuch a beautiful view near the cornfield. Maybe next time you will see a rabbit.
ReplyDeleteThat would be cool! I wonder if Tilda-Hilda will want to chase one.
Deletedid you pick some corn too?
ReplyDeleteIt was tempting. But, I just took photos. :-)
Deleteback to the corn comment, I know my mum would say, lets get some corn,
ReplyDeleteDad would say, No,
Why not, there are so many there, nobody will notice. hehehe
lol. Once upon a time, the farmers didn't mind people picking a sample or two, especially after they had did their harvest. But, then some people started getting greedy and picking a lot (before the harvest) and reselling the food they picked.
