In my mind, I'm five years old having a high old time wandering and wondering. In reality, I'm now 70, wowza! I tell you a lot of creativity is still to be found in this old young self. In you, too, whatever your age. Welcome to my barefoot world!

Reluctant Artist
Meet Shelley. She's a little sprite who showed her shadow on a saucer plate beneath Avocado Tree Number Three. Shelley insisted that she be sketched. What could I say?
I was planting daisy cuttings when I saw the shadow. Shelley compelled me to get up and go find the drawing tools inside. And, to do it quickly before the sun moved.
Nice art

ReplyDeleteBueno! dice Shelley.
DeleteI don't know if I hear a slick sliding noise or a boing boing boing from springy eyes when she walks.
ReplyDeleteA cross of the two, perhaps. Maybe a chachacha sway.
