Jane Austen, Kiteboarder?

Hello friends from ABC Wednesday. This post is for the Blogging from A to Z April 2018 Challenge. You can find the N post for ABCW here.

"What was it that dear boy said?" Jane Austen, Action Doll, asked herself as she rode the wave towards shore.

"Oh, yes. Cowabunga!!!"

My theme for this year's challenge is Jane Austen, Action Doll, Seeks a New Career.

  2. I doubt she'd say cowabunga. But I could be wrong.

  3. Finding your blog for the first time because you left a comment elsewhere. I am an addicted reader, but will admit only to you that I have read next to no Austen. I have no idea why. I have seen the movies many times over and know the stories. I can appreciate that your theme this year has been fun for Austen fans. If you have time or interest, my theme this year has been; BOOKSTORES, their architecture, locations and about the great people who sell books - my passion. Hope to see you still this month at one of the bookstores.

    1. Stepheny, I've read Pride & Prejudice and Emma. P&P nearly every year until I was in my 50s when it got kicked off the top the of my list by Jane Eyre. Fickle, I am. Maybe this year, I'll begin reading one of the other Austen novels. I'll be sure to check your blog. See ya.

  6. Now isn't that spooky, I'm looking out at kiteboarders here in Koh Phangan today - I'll add a picture to the post so you can see. Your Jane Austin must be ready to meet me in the bar for a happy hour cocktail?!

  7. Wow! She’s like Charlie’s Angels because she can do this in a long dress and a bonnet! I wonder when she will skateboard through the grass
