My Alphabe Thursday theme -- The Dude, The Husband |
The Husband's dad, Jim, was a cool father-in-law. Jim was all for taking this photo of the Husband and him holding hands around the tree in his front yard. This was about 12 years ago. We miss Jim.
Today is Jenny Matlock's Alphabe Thursday. Yup. That's where I shall be checking out other J posts. Come join me by clicking here.

DeleteThat's a great tribute and a really huge tree.
ReplyDeleteThe Husband is just shy of 6 ft and the Cool Father-in-Law was a couple inches over. So, if I'm figuring correctly, the diameter of the tree was about 12 ft. Wow!
DeleteThat's a great picture and illustrates what must by loving memories.

DeleteThis photo is much more interesting than a side-by-side photo! It really tells a story.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. I think we were all wondering how big of a girth the tree was and before everyone knew it, the Macs were holding hands around the tree. :-)
