A Particular Kid

The other morning I heard "We love rock and roll" coming from a neighbor's house. It was not annoying loud at all.

After the chorus I heard the neighbor's three year old say, "I don't like that song. Turn it off, Mom!"

Chuckle.

  1. Ah, that reminds me of my childhood. I remember coming home from school to find the stereo blaring. Probably the Stones or maybe Fleetwood Mac. (I'd've been in elementary school.) Mom. And I went and turned the stereo down.

    1. If I had kids, they'd probably do the same thing. I love to blare out Santana and Creedence Clearwater. lol

  2. That's funny. I heard my 5 year old granddaughter singing Elvis today. You just never know!

  3. One generation's 'Top of the Pops' is the next generation's elevator music. :)
