Retired

I say I'm retired, so I must be retired.

I haven't had a big paying project in years, so I might well say I'm retired.

I kicked in my Social Security. That definitely feels g-r-e-a-t!

I hope these new tires are durable and long lasting. They're guaranteed for life I'm told.

  1. I wish I could have done it early like Michael Jordan

  2. When you're retired (congrats for the mile stone!) you may as well paint something in white (your comment on my post):)
And when you're retired, you could enter the Weekend Journal Page (clever of me, eh?) and post your white painted - whatever you will paint white - on Friday December 8 as an art piece:):)
And especially when you're retired it is forbidden to work in the weekend (haha).
When I went to the social security office, I had that very strange feeling, it could not be me!

    1. I love your logic, Jesh. :-) We'll see how it goes. I'm already thinking white on white (just to see how it translates) and white on a piece of colored art board that I bought several years ago. That will be fun.

    1. Yup, I really am. I made 5 batches of dried persimmon. I actually set up an art cart--the tidiest part in this house, for awhile. I threw bunches of fabric onto a table yesterday, thinking about possibilities, but who knows when I'll do anything about it. :-)

  5. Retired? Not simply changing focus?
