Tilda-Hilda, Day 2 in 2016

When I woke up this morning, the streets were wet. We must've had a pretty good rain because all four us of slept later than usual.  Tilda-Hilda and I took a chance that it wouldn't rain and it didn't. We pedaled nearly six miles in 34 minutes. I was looking for a big puddle to take a reflection photo of Tilda-Hilda. No luck. Maybe next time we go out after a rain, which may be at the end of the week. Whooo-hooo! (For the rain, that is.)

  1. What a fine pic!

So you saved four years of rain to pour on me?

  5. I'm happy to see you are making excellent use of the art supplies you purchased. Love your pictures. I wish it could rain here and melt this snow. Am I pushing it? Yeah, guess I am but I have plans for my new sun garden where the big tree was cut down.

  6. Glad you are getting rain. I heard California is in for a lot of rain but not sure it will hit your area at all. It sounds like it will be more North

    1. We're getting blasted with rain. Whooo-hooo! A true-blue winter storm. Hurrah! We live in the California Central Coast region, the only interior county. No coastline. That's okay, I can imagine the ocean waves breaking on the rocks.

  8. We got socked with rain yesterday, and I got quite wet on my bike ride home. Tilda Hilda would have loved it.

  9. I adore your Tilda-Hilda. I am definitely into pink bikes. Love the basket on the handle bars. It reminds me of my childhood tricycle. This post gives me the warm fuzzies. genie
