It did have the garlic smell so maybe it got washed off in the boiling. Looking forward to cooking up the rest of the pasta in pesto or just garlic and butter/olive oil mix. <br /><br />We leave our walking sticks in the car trunk so that we're ready to go on any hikes. But we live out of town with only an expensive village store close by... My mouth is watering as I read the description of your dinner!<br /><br />I have a friend who is an expert when it comes to hiking through the bush. He says a staff is an essential piece of equipment, and recommends a good strong stick.
